Ralphing // Tickle Cell Split released by City of Dis
farewell noises from ralphinig to sum up one of the best and worst summer's of my life. ralphing was a project i started out of an insanely negative negative headspace I had been carrying because of feelings i had pertaining how i saw the salt lake art/music scene and past projects I had have recently been apart of. i no longer feel the way that i did when the project started or when it ended.
the live aspect i attached to ralphing is a dead persona that i truly truly apologize for anybody who i might have made uncomfortable with (including E.J.'s mormon sister, but also anybody i care about or have cared about).
i made these sounds from a weird desperate place, which i felt i had to in search of leaving something behind when moving back to the midwest. I am not particularly fond of them, but u might think they're neat, and that's cool.
Cisco did a lot for this album to, and they deserve a promotion, cuz they're the best bandmate anyone in the entire world could ask for.
other than that, Tickle Cell's side is tite af and you can directly support those cats here
ralphing side recorded in our garage in a span of a few ours sometime in september w cisco's tascam 8 track
thank u sam, conrad, jack, city of dis, adam, alana, diabolical records (4reals ty for putting up w my shit all summer), mable, korey, all the kids over at hell, all of the touring bands that hate salt lake now because of sets they were booked w me, and most insanely importantly outta anybody, dat boy themself, CISCO!
